做好钢筋弯曲试验机的预防工作

俗话说：“安全与效率至上，事故与损失并存”，因此钢筋弯曲试验机的事故预防工作不仅是确保安全的手段，而且是确保企业效益的手段。

1.检查钢筋弯曲试验机的机械性能是否良好，工作台和弯曲机工作台应保持水平； 并准备各种心轴工具块。

2.根据加工后的钢筋直径和直径，安装心轴，成型轴，铁保持轴或可变保持架。

5. It is strictly forbidden to change the mandrel, change the angle and adjust the speed during the operation, and do not add oil or remove it.

7.弯曲硬度或低合金钢筋时，应根据机械铭牌更改最大极限直径，并更换相应的心轴。

8.严禁在弯曲的钢筋半径范围内以及未固定机身的一侧站立。 弯曲的半成品应整齐堆放，钩子不得朝上。
